Delete Your Zine Cam Data

Zine Cam does not require an account. You can still ask us to delete server records associated with your app-specific device identifier.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@beixiaosheng.com with the subject “Zine Cam data deletion request.”
2. Include your device model and the approximate date you last used Zine Cam.
3. We may ask for limited additional details needed to locate the app-specific record and prevent deletion of another user's data.

Data deleted

After we verify the request, we delete applicable app-specific device, generation-quota, and subscription-entitlement records controlled by us. To remove original and generated posters stored on your device, delete them in Zine Cam or uninstall the app.

Data that may be retained

Payment records remain with Google Play or Apple under their retention rules. RevenueCat, advertising, hosting, and AI-processing providers may retain limited transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or legal-compliance records under their own obligations. We may retain records required for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention purposes only for as long as required for that purpose.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If applicable law permits or requires a longer period, we will explain that in our response.
