By using SCOOP, you agree to use the app lawfully and only with photos and content you have the right to use.

Subscriptions

SCOOP Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

SCOOP Pro is offered as weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices, billing periods, and any introductory offers are shown in the app before purchase and are confirmed by Apple at checkout.

Unless a separate custom agreement is presented, subscriptions are also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

User Content

You are responsible for the photos and text you provide. Do not upload content that violates another person's rights, privacy, or applicable law.
