Privacy Policy

Zine Cam turns photos you choose into AI-generated zine posters. We collect only the information needed to provide the app, operate subscriptions and rewarded ads, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Information We Process

When you generate a poster, the selected photo and composition instructions are securely sent to our service and our AI image-processing provider to create the result. We process a randomly generated app-specific device identifier, app version, platform, and generation usage to enforce daily limits, prevent abuse, and provide subscription access. We do not require your name, email address, contacts, or precise location to use the app.

Purchases

Apple or Google Play handles payment information. RevenueCat processes the app-specific device identifier, product identifiers, purchase history, and subscription status on our behalf so we can provide Zine Cam Pro access and restore purchases. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Ads and Consent

Free users may choose to watch rewarded ads provided by Google AdMob. Google may process device or advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to provide, measure, secure, and personalize ads according to your consent choices and applicable regional privacy requirements. Where required, the app asks for consent before requesting ads and provides access to privacy choices in Settings.

Storage

Your original and generated poster history is stored locally on your device until you delete an item or uninstall the app. Photos and generated results sent for AI processing may be retained temporarily by our service providers as needed to complete the request, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Server records used for quotas, subscriptions, fraud prevention, and service reliability are retained only as long as needed for those purposes.

Sharing and Sale

We do not sell your personal information. Data is disclosed only to service providers that operate AI generation, hosting, subscriptions, payments, and advertising, or when required by law. Photos submitted for poster generation are not used by us for advertising.

Your Choices

You can delete local posters from the app, manage or cancel subscriptions through the app store, and change advertising privacy choices from Settings when that option is required. You may request access to or deletion of applicable server records by following the steps on our Zine Cam data deletion page.
